Rooms Rates, Conditions and Reservation at Royal Olympic The organizing committee has arranged special rooms rates for I3M 2013 participants that will book at the Royal Olympic Hotel:
Executive rooms Double for Single use € 100 Double for Double use € 100
Deluxe rooms Double for Single use € 130 Double for Double use € 130
Above rates are per room per night and include buffet breakfast & all taxes.
NotesYour credit card is mandatory for the reservation and will be charged with one night’s deposit on 05.09.2013 (non refundable).Settlement of your account can be effected upon departure either by credit card or cash. The hotel is obliged to accept your reservation until 31.08.2013. After that date all rooms will be upon request depending on the hotel availability.
Cancellation Policy For any cancellation until 04.09.2013 no cancellation fees will apply. For any cancellation from 05.09.2013 until 72 hours prior to your arrival you will be charged with one night’s cancellation fees (deposit). For any cancellation within 72 hours prior to your arrival or in case of Non Show you will be charged with full cancellation fees of the cancelled nights
