You are kindly invited to submit a paper to the track on Modeling and Simulation of Hybrid Systems for Renewable Energy Production of the Conference IMAACA.
The increased people concern about the effects of climate change together with the economic competitiveness resulted in recent years in an accelerated development of renewable energy across the globe. Solar, wind, biomass or hydraulic energies take a larger share in the energetic portfolio and are generating new technical challenges associated to intermittency and variability of renewable sources. The problem is particularly difficult in remote, off-grid areas where diesel generators are required for a continuous, stable and safe energy supply. Hybridization of multiple energy sources, energy storage, smart grids and charge management are among the technological solutions to increase the penetration of renewable energy.
This conference track focuses on recent advances in the modelling and simulation, design, optimization, operation and test cases of Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems and addresses a wide range of topics, including:
Only original papers written in English will be considered on the basis of a full paper revision. Information on how to prepare a paper, including a manuscript MS-Word-template, will be soon available on the conference web site. If you are interested in contributing a paper, please contact the track organizere for more information.
We look forward to receiving your paper(s) and to welcoming you at the IMAACA Conference.
