You are kindly invited to submit a paper to the track on Modelling and simulation related to industry 4.0 technologies of the Conference IMAACA.
Industry 4.0 is referred to as the fourth industrial revolution. Numerous industries around the world have set onto this venture in an attempt to boost competitiveness and product quality. 4.0 factories have as objectives to fully monitor operating parameters, system reliability factors, automation parameters, environmental conditions, etc. The continuous exchange of these data within secured clouds increase industry performance by enabling actions associated with “business intelligence”, “smart manufacturing” and logistics optimisation. This track will bring researchers and professionals together in order to address and discuss recent developments on the area of modelling and simulation to accompany Industry 4.0 strategies which will be of interest to both academia and industry. Participation of researchers, practitioners, teaching faculty and all those interested in the field of Industry 4.0 and intrinsic fields like diagnosis prognosis and health monitoring and predictive maintenance is most welcomed.
