In this paper we study the effects of variations in the external conditions (such as pressure changes due to mo- tion in gravitational field) on the cardiovascular system. The goal is to understand how the flow and pressures propagate in the network in such variable conditions and which are the locations where the effects are significant. This is relevant to the auto regulation mechanism of the pressure and flow, designed to maintain the system in a homeostatic condition.
