This paper presents a structural approach for the state and unknown input estimations of linear systems when the classical matching condition is not verified. At the analysis step, the finite and infinite structures of the model are studied from the bond graph representation. At the synthesis level, the observer is directly implemented from the initial model with some additives terms and can be represented by a bond graph model.
