Wsdl-based DEVS agent for net-centric systems engineering

Abstract
DEVS service wrapper and a workflow example made executable using the DEVS/SOA framework. This work will establish DEVS as a production environment for net-centric systems as well as a solid M&S analysis tool for SOA design.
