This paper proposes an innovative approach to pandemic models introducing agents for considering human behavior impact. The authors propose a methodology for developing these models as well as the related support features in relation to the open- issues generated by pandemic threats. Special attention it is proposed on providing a protocol for quick development and fast result achievement and concurrent strong attention to validation and verification .
