Submission Procedure Please submit full papers in electronic form to the http://www.softconf.com/scs/GCMS13/ All the submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. All the accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings after the advance registration of at least one of the authors. An enhanced version of the selected papers of SummerSim’13 which will also include papers from this conference will be published in the special issue of SCS Transaction on Modeling and Simulation. Authors are required to identify the conference they are submitting their paper (MTSA or VLCS). Only papers that have not been previously published or presented are acceptable. Authors of the accepted papers are required to participate in the conference at their own expense. Papers that are not presented in the conference will not be published in the final conference proceedings. |
