Conference Registration and Fee Payment

ON LINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Authors are expected to register (by using the online registration procedure), to pay the registration fee, to attend the conference and to present the accepted papers (the reduced registration fee is guaranteed only if the payment is received before July 01, 2020).
Without the payment of the registration fee the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. The registration fee payment guarantees the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings. Note the registration fee payment must be completed before August 7th 2020. After August 7, 2020 the Organization Committee does not guarantee the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings. Conference attendee paying full registration will be able to attend any of the I3M Conference sessions (including EMSS, MAS, HMS, IWISH, SESDE, DHSS, FoodOPS and VARE sessions). The Registration fee is associated with publication of the paper and is NOT REFUNDABLE, but is transferable to the designed who will present your paper at the Conference.

Thanks to an agreement between the I3M and the EUROSIM organization committee those people attending both the I3M 2020 MulTi-Conference and the EUROSIM Congress could benefit from the early registration fee even if the early registration deadline has already passed. The registration fee can be paid by using your credit card or by wire transfer.

During the registration procedure you will be asked to choose which payment mode you prefer. In case you choose to pay via credit card you be redirected to a secure environment where you can directly pay your conference fee.
